Saves time and money when upgrading to a PC with a faster Celeron or Pentium III processo. The StarTech PPGA-to-Slot 1 CPU Adapter Card allows Socket-370 type CPUs (such as the Intel Celeron and Coppermine) to be installed in a Slot-1 style Pentium II/III motherboard. The processor bus frequency can be auto-detected at 66/100/133 MHz in order to provide best compatibility between the CPU and motherboard, or it can be forced to 100 MHz for overclocking.
