Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 Processor, 2.5 GHz, 2M L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB, LGA775 Great product

***INFO NEEDED!!!, I've been wanting to get this dual core processor for a while now.
Thing is i recently found out there is a newer revision in this model.
The previous version has a M0 stepping and the new one R0.

[...].

Can any of you latest and or future customers' reviews mention something about this which one you actually receive?

I want to upgrade my cpu mostly for gaming but i have an older bios that recognizes the old M0 stepping and i don't feel comfortable updating the bios if it's the new revision as i don't really know how to except for via Windows. Everyone knows that bios updating is very risky in that if it's a bad flash it renders one's PC inoperable.

If i'm not mistaken, the new packaging says "Pentium inside" "45nm" as opposed to Pentium Dual Core inside" "45nm" on the old one. Could be wrong though.
great, (What's this?) cheap, fast, low power.
CPU FAN COMB>, (What's this?) Fan is not able to keep the CPU cool.It is better to purchase the Fam Separtely.
Low power consumption and easy overclocking, (What's this?) Low power consumption and easy overclock to 1066MHz Front Side Bus with stock cpu voltage.
Great budget chip, (What's this?) For the price, this is a great chip for someone looking at a new computer or just wanting to upgrade their existing system. At 2.5GHz per core, the E5200 can handle most games and applications without any trouble at all, and the 45nm form factor makes it great for people worried about power consumption on their computer.
Great price/performance, (What's this?) This processor is a gem in the Intel line.
Good processor, (What's this?) I paired this with a Gigabyte motherboard. The processor comes with a fan and thermal grease. So you're all set. The fan while probably not the best should suffice. If you're a little anal, you could always use a different fan. The processor has been running happily for about 1.5 yrs now. It fares well on the heat (overheating) factors which was one of my concerns. Tech constantly changes and so do prices. If you get it at a good price, it will be worth it as it has been time tested by several people. I'm just adding to their voices.
Um, it's a microprocessor with no flaws, (What's this?) It's as fast as advertised. It works. I have no problems with it. I had to buy a new motherboard because I didn't check the specs on the one I had to see whether the MB and CPU were compatible, but that was my own lazy fault. I'm not an idiot that complains when they buy something they don't understand and then have a problem attributable to their ignorance.

Yeah. In two words---works great.
Great product, (What's this?)
Fantastic ...Great Overclocker, (What's this?) with the right MB this chip will easily do over 3.7ghz
I used the Gladiator Max Cooler too keep it cool

This CPU was under $50 last blackfriday ..
